BRIEF
GladRags, a women-owned small business, is dedicated to transforming the experience of menstruation by offering reusable menstrual products and providing educational resources. The business seeks to create a positive impact on menstrual health and sustainability through outreach and awareness efforts.

OBJECTIVES
Provide relevant education on menstrual health and eco-friendly alternatives to disposable products.
Develop campaigns that expand the brand’s reach and engage with target audiences.
Create visual materials that enhance the brand’s visibility.

DELIVERABLES

YouTube Outreach

Conducted research and outreach to 15 content creators focused on zero-waste, wellness, and menstrual health.
Measured projected costs of the YouTube outreach project, estimated return on investment (ROI), and exceeded the prior conversion rate of 20%.

Uterine Fibroids Awareness Campaign

Conducted in-depth research on uterine fibroids, nonprofit organizations, and BIPOC marketing agencies.
Collaborated with an agency on the development of educational content on uterine fibroids.
Created a social media calendar, brainstormed promotions, and designed infographics.

Demo Kit Project
Administered demo kit questionnaires, implemented recipient feedback, and improved current kits by adjusting the selection of products and informational materials.
Revamped informational booklets and designed a comprehensive size chart of products.

GIPHY Project

Established GladRags’ GIPHY brand channel and accumulated 5M+ views as of April 2022.
Produced over 40 GIFs and stickers and monitored GIPHY engagements week by week.
